Official ITC Christmas Convoy Information

The Christmas Convoy will take place on December 21st at 7pm EST.
Join the discord and get the time converted to your time zone automatically.
Convoy Requirements
- Prior to the convoy, make sure your truck is all ready to roll
- You must bring a 53FT Reefer Trailer
Convoy Rules & Information
All convoy participants must follow the ITC Convoy Rules, please read prior to the convoy.
All convoy participants will meet at the designated meeting location, at the parking lot near Phoenix Freight in Phoenix, AZ.

Upon arrival at the meeting location, park in the next open spot near the convoy.
Once the convoy is ready, the Convoy host(s) will announce the Convoy Order.
Note: The convoy order is determined by important factors, such as ping, convoy host(s), etc. Once announced remember your position in the convoy order.
After the convoy order is announced then the Convoy host(s) will announce the departure time.
When departing the meeting location, follow the order given, rolling out one at a time in single file.
The convoy speed will be announced by the Convoy host(s) after departing. The speed will be slow while everyone files out, then stepping it up a notch onto the highway, then full convoy speed will be set.
Note: As afore mentioned all convoy participants must follow the Convoy Rules.
Note: During the convoy you must keep a distance of 100 meters from truck to truck. This is to avoid lag spike crashes and the like. If a player has high ping or is lagging, adjust distance accordingly.
Note: You must follow the convoy order given by the Convoy host(s), in single file.
Note: At the meeting location, park in the next open spot.
